Charming Spacious 3-bedroom Beach Holiday House, Norfolk

The location of the property was lovely

Didn't like the fact that the lights were on in the property when we got there and only 22p left on the meter and we were asked to leave £3.00 on meter when we left although the property was ok it could have been cleaner plus the veranda door was unlocked

Good location and all rooms are nice and spacious with decent sized bedrooms.

The bathroom being downstairs due to small children and having no Wi-Fi in the property for kids to contact there tablets too. Only in the clubhouse you get Wi-Fi.

The site was 'abandoned ' Lots of the power points did not work. Although it was clean, it was not up to standard.

Value for money considering the size and number of people it accommodates. Double bedroom, twin room and children's bunk beds in the third bedroom. I think it also had a sofa bed but we didn't need to use it. The site has its own club, cafe, amusements and shop. Hemsby beach and arcades are a short walk. We appreciated that the chalet had a bath as many don't now. There was also a washing machine. Chalet was exactly what we expected for this site, it was clean and had everything we needed for our 2 night stay.

The toilet was hard to flush plus it was very cold all the heat just got lost.the kettle didn't work properly we ended up buying one.

It was very homely for our family

Plenty of room for a large family,the owner was very reliable and helpful.

The area was good, but the chalet was the worst I've been in.

The chalet was in very poor condition, the toilet was breaking all the time, flushing one minute and not the next, the carpet was dirty and smelt very bad of dirt and mould, the toaster was brocken, the net curtains were ripped and hanging from the door and windows, the toilet seat did not fit the toilet and kept going to one side, the kitchen table seats were brocken and could not be sat on, the whole chalet was very depressing and filled with miss matched furniture, we would not stay there again, it was not worth £700 pounds.
