Spacious Two Bedroom Apartment with 2 En-suite Bathrooms Parking included

The location was perfectly situated for the Northampton balloon festival, within walking distance. It is a beautiful flat, really spacious and great value for the weekend. Easy enough access and parking, thank you so much! I had a great birthday weekend.

The living room seats double as beds and has become sunken in,no place to hang up a coat and the toilet bowls are all brown, might need a stronger cleaning product or replacing. Still a very lovely flat,good value for money and great location.

Very spacious and clean.

There was no wardrobes or hangers for clothes. We were attending a wedding and needed to hang out dresses. The apartment was quite warm which you cannot control but maybe purchasing some fans might help.

The property is in a great location with private parking. It is extremely spacious & has everything you need for a home away from home. Free Netflix & Wifi was a great bonus. The owners were always on hand to answer questions & were extremely responsive.

Despite having pictures of where to collect the keys, it was a little confusing. It would have been helpful to know that it is easier to collect the keys before entering the car park & to have a map of where the parking space was

Two sofas were uncomfortable

Everything was great, comfy beds, most of all it was very clean tidy and fresh. Private secure parking

The Wi-Fi was slow, but not an issue for us

Size and facilities

The day before arrival I was contacted and asked to swap apartments due to the one I had booked having a leaking roof. I swapped despite the new apartment being offered did not have x2 en-suites (which is one of the reasons I booked it in the first place). When we went to get ready for our evening out it came to light that the new apartment had No hot water despite having all relevant switches on! The 4 of us had to have cold showers before a night out. Not good! I contacted booking.com via chat the following morning as by the time we realised we didn’t have time to complain on the evening of arrival. I would have expected some element of refund but nothing offered and was just told that the shower had been fitted the day before and the installers must of installed incorrectly.
