Beds were very comfy. It was very spacious, lots of room. Very modern and really enjoyed it.

Confused on how to shut windows.

The beds wer comfy, drinks were available- lovely coffee! It was very warm

Hard to know how to navigate the car park/fobs etc as we’ve no experience of apartments! Odd being inner city as we are from a rural setting.

It was light and warm with plenty of space

The key process was a frustrating experience with the keys missing on arrival. This took 2 hours to sort out but to the owners credit they turned up with a locksmith and changed the locks and also financially compensated us for the inconvenience. The grill also broke when we were there.

Location was perfect, walking distance from the town centre. The property was immaculate any and had plenty of space for 4 people. Two bathrooms along with a separate toilet made getting ready a lot easier. The hosts were very responsive with our enquiries.

The location of the property was spot on for my group.

Hosts were very clear with instructions on how to collect keys, even sending photos. The apartment itself was large and very nicely decorated. We had our kids with us and particularly appreciated the security of the building and carpark.

No welcome pack with instructions for appliances, faulty oven which only did microwave and not grill. No Wifi code given No plugs in kitchen sink or bath Unflushed toilet in double room ensuite!
