Modern & Spacious 8th-Floor Apartment with Large Balcony

L'appartamento era fornito di tutti i servizi necessari, accogliente e pulito. La terrazza era molto ampia, perfetta per pranzi e cene. La cucina aveva pentole, detersivi, condimenti, molto più di quanto mi aspettassi. Ho apprezzato moltissimo il quaderno per gli ospiti contenente consigli su dove mangiare, cosa visitare, come viaggiare nella città. Il letto e il divano letto erano entrambi molto comodi.

Purtroppo l'appartamento è davanti la stazione, molto comodo arrivarci dalla stazione ma meno sicuro. Onestamente noi non abbiamo avuto problemi, anche girando la sera tardi, ma è comunque un fattore di rischio da tenere in considerazione nella scelta di un appartamento.

This was the best place I have ever stayed in - in Greece. The place is clean, spacious, has two air conditioners, and generally everything you might want. Even, the refrigerator is not empty - water, beer, juice, cola, and candy. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful. I can strongly recommend to everyone.

Fantastic place with everything you could need—and a little extra! The host, Giorgos, was amazing and even prepared books with tips and must-see sights. Unsure about the location? It's just a one-minute walk to the metro, which is new and very affordable. In one word: awesome!

Apartment is clean and well equipped. The owner is knowledgeable and accommodating when asked for suggestions and recommendations of eateries and things to do. Literally one minute walk to the metro station.

Actual building is old and run down. The elevator needs cleaned.

Giorgos was super nice and always available! Everything was great! Great location, next to the train station and subway (theres a great place to rent cars nearby), we walked through the whole town on foot.

The flat was very well equipped with all the amenities needed. Check in was easy and the host was very obliging. We enjoyed it very much.

The flat is extremely comfortable, it's modern, nicely designed and has everything that you could possibly want. There are even beach towels in the appartement that the host leaves you to use plus sleeping masks, toothbrushes etc. I felt like in a really good hotel. The balcony is big and has a nice view on the port and the sea with nice sunsets to see as well. At all times the host was available for us and in good contact. It was one of the best experiences for accomodation abroad I had so far and I travelled a lot through the years. Absolute recommendation for a stay in Thessaloniki!!

The elevator in the house was not very good and did not give us a comfortable and relaxed feling. Apart from that, everything was perfectly organised and well designed.

The apartment was super clean and very well equipped. The renter seemed to always be a step ahead with anything we needed, & answered a query immediately.

Excellent facilities …. Well stocked with toiletries, washing clothes facilities. Beautifully presented. Excellent communication with the host and useful information regarding the area at the property. It was about 30min walk from centre but metro only 2minutes and got us to the centre in less than 10minutes. Would definitely recommend this property.
