Modern & Spacious 8th-Floor Apartment with Large Balcony

Incredible Hospitality As soon as I booked, I was contacted by the host, Giorgos, who provided detailed instructions and even went out of his way to recommend beaches when I asked. He was incredibly friendly and helpful! We found street parking nearby without any trouble. If you're arriving by car, there's also parking directly below the building. For accurate directions in Google Maps, type in I. Kariofilli 6. Finding the building and getting inside was easy, and the apartment itself was absolutely stunning—immaculately clean and equipped with everything you might need, no matter how long you're staying. The only thing you need to bring is sleepwear. There were plenty of clean towels, slippers, shower gels, and other bathroom essentials, plus supplies for doing laundry. The fridge was stocked with coffee, water, local beer, Coca-Cola, and some sweets. The balcony was spacious and beautiful—perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or breakfast while taking in the city view. If you're new to Thessaloniki, you'll find a pamphlet on the coffee table full of local recommendations, and Giorgos is always happy to provide personal tips. You can walk to Aristotelous Square in about 12–15 minutes, or take a taxi for under 5€. We used our car for day trips to the beaches outside the city and got around Thessaloniki by taxi or Uber since parking downtown can be a challenge. Giorgos checked in to make sure we were having a good time and even texted us the night before we left to say we could check out anytime on our last day since no one else was arriving—such a thoughtful and rare gesture. We had already planned to leave early, but it was still greatly appreciated. The building was very quiet, and the neighbors we met were lovely. One day, we came back from the beach carrying bags and towels, and a neighbor kindly held the door and called the elevator for us when he saw our hands were full—then wished us a wonderful stay.

Very decent and well equipped apartment! It is direcly opposite the railway station and right next to the recenly opened metro station. The host was very attentive and welcoming, he went beyond his ways to make us feel comfortable.

Everything was awesome! Very clean and you can tell it's a brand new apartment. Loved the balcony and so much space for us to use. The location was great, only a 15 minute walk to Aristotelous square and 1 minute from the metro station that is to open in the end of this month.! Giorgos was very helpful and check in was super easy with the detailed instructions. Would definitely recommend staying there.

Wow what a beautiful appartment! We loved to stay there for 6 nights. The beds slept wonderfully. We loved the beautiful bathroom, shower. The large balcony has sea views and nice seats. All the equipment worked very well, (most of all is new) washing machine, dishwasher, tv, coffeemachine. On the balcony you hear the sound of the city. We slept perfectly with the living room window open in tilt position. The appartment is practical located close by the trainstation, the buses (and the taxi’s), very handy! We walked most of the time to the centre, from the Monastiriou, Egnatia and Dodekanisou street.

The apartment was very clean, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed. The cold water in the fridge and the coffee machine made our day. The area is great, with easy access to the city center. The host was very helpful and responsive, replying immediately. Everything was perfect, we highly recommend it!

We had a really great stay at the Elegant Modern Spacious Apartment! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly like the photos. The host was super friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. I would definitely recommend it and would stay here again!

The apartment is better than the pictures!! Full of sun but with room darkening curtains so perfect for relaxing times and sleep. A very comfortable double bed, spacious living room and the bathroom is one of the biggest and most luxurious I have seen. I also loved the kitchen equipment and the balcony. Giorgos was very easy to reach and really helpful. The location was perfect with dozens of buses 1 minute away and a short walk to the city center. A 5 star hotel experience for me in the cost of a budget hotel. Can't wait to be back!!

The place is highly modern as described in the description. Also it’s in a great location since opposite the building (2 minutes walk) you can find the bus station and also a train station Giorgos the host is very nice and welcoming. I highly recommend this place if you’re going to thessaloniki!!
