Canal-Side Cosy Apartment - Gammel Statnd

The apartment is well located. However, I will reinforce the reviews I read from other guests: the bed is tiny. And consequently, you sleep badly. We hit our heads on the wall where it is leaning and on the wardrobe, where it is also very close. There are only two stools in the kitchen. I saw other people complaining about eating standing up in the kitchen after a tiring day. Every day we wake up to noise from the street, and we sleep with noise in the apartment upstairs. The curtains do not have blackout curtains and the morning light wakes you up from a bad night's sleep. I also saw several reports that the apartment does not accommodate more than 2 adults. This has to be taken into consideration. Our 6-year-old son could not sleep on the couch because of the pain he had in his back. And I went to see what he said and it was true. A couch with an iron bar in the middle. This should be the first thing to leave the property. I saw several reports in other reviews of people complaining….

We liked the cosy apartment, where we spent 3 evenings with a glass of wine and home made dinner, after wondering whole day in the cold whether. (It is January now). The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed. The coffee in the mornings was a must for me, and ,in addition, there is a small backyard just one door from the apartment, where I used to drink it with a cigarette. It is in the heart of the city, so you won't need travel card to explore everything interesting around. Thank you for the beautifull flowers! Hope to come back ❤️ P.s. Perfect location. Close to all major attractions. Helpful easy to contact host. Self check in/out.

The place is best suited for two people. Third is a crowd... Could be easily remedied with a foldable bar stool.

This is a cosy place with excellent location. If you'd like to have easy walking distance access to the tourist and historical centre, that's your spot. Cute inner yard, warm and nice indoors. We had a minor issue, which the cost solved in no time and she was also very kind.

The property was in an excellent location around the corner from a lovely little bar called Søster. It felt like a cosy haven to come home to after busy days walking around and seeing the sights, and was super comfortable and warm. I would love to come back again!

We had a wonderful stay in Copenhagen. The apartments location is unbeatable, the place is cute and perfect for a getaway weekend. Unfortunately, mid of September, it was quite cold inside (owner couldn’t do anything about it because the town hall still had the heating system down). The double bed was comfortable. The owner was easily reachable and had given us some nice tips where to go, where to eat.

I wouldn’t offer the couch as a sleeping space. Uncomfortable and with no dark blinds to make it darker.
