Great location, very cost apartment, great kitchen facilities, safe parking space for bikes

Bathroom good but small

The apartment was in an excellent location - very near a metro station and easily walkable to shops, restaurants, and main locations. The apartment was very comfortable and cozy and easy to find. We loved staying here!

Amazing location, in city center, close to all attractions on foot. Cute, cosy and comfortable apartment. Great communication with the owner, attentive and accommodating, we were happy to drop our luggage ahead of check-in time.

Some room for improvement in the bathroom (mainly toiletries). Double bed is small if you are not a couple, but there are two covers (one for each). It can be noisy at times due to the bar on the corner or in the street, but it did not bother us.

Good location. Very near tourist attractions such as GoBoat, the palace, and Strøget.

We booked for three people, but it might be better suited for two people or a couple. We faced several issues due to having three people, and the owner was not willing to solve any of them. They suggested we book a hotel instead of trying to arrange some basic things for us. Here are the specific issues we faced: 1. The space is not adequate for three people. One person had to stand while eating breakfast and dinner. 2. We have four large suitcases, and opening even one leaves no space to walk. 3. One of my friends hit their head on the hanging cupboard twice. 4. There are flies and other small insects in the room, which is quite concerning. 5. The room becomes too hot if we do not open the windows, but when we do, it becomes very noisy. 6. The noise from people walking upstairs is disturbing, especially at night. 7. There are no blackout curtains, making the bedroom too bright during summer. The bed size is very small for two people, and I cannot move. 8. The bathroom door cannot be locked, and we couldn't find the key, which is uncomfortable given that there are more than two of us. There were no basic amenities such as shampoo and no garbage bin in the toilet, so we had to set up one using a plastic bag. Additionally, there is no trash bin in the bathroom for sanitary napkins. I would be totally fine if the owner tried her best to help, but she was not willing to do anything and suggested we should book a hotel. If I had known that we would have to stand while eating in the kitchen after a long day of walking, I would have definitely booked a hotel. If you do not have furniture to accommodate three people, just set the maximum occupancy to two people on Booking.com.

Very good location, with lots of restaurants nearby. Can walk to most sights from here. Modern chic apartment. Clean comfortable etc.

Didn't meet the owner but I guess that's normal for city apartments - communication was fine though. Apartment is indeed 'cosy'. Some street noise from the (excellent) bar beneath...won't be a problem if you are in it!

Charming, cosy apartment in a great location for sightseeing on foot. There was a wonderful craft beer cellar bar directly underneath that we like a lot - called Godt Ol.

There was a light switch in the kitchen by the coffee machine that took us a while to find. But thank you for letting us use your coffee!
