Dispite thinking that I was booked into the other Ritual in Torre, i'm pleased that I stayed here. It was a much classier experience than the other one! There is opportunity to use their facilities too for an extra charge which i did a number of times. The place is allot better standard of decor and it is very central for going out and eating. All of the staff on the rooftop bar and restaurant were amazing and especially friendly. The food is of a good standard which is kept fresh or cooked fresh to order.

There was some construction happening to the rear of the property whilst i was there which luckily didn't make too much noise. There was also a change to the bedroom door system at the time which the contractor left my room without a lock for the whole day before I noticed and made a complaint. Look for deals or prices to come down because i paid a month or so in advance and a few data before the price had been reduced by a third!

The location is fabulous. Room was clean and ac worked well.

We booked a room the same day and somehow the charge went thru twice on my bank account. We noticed it immediately when booking and tried to contact a human to fix the mistake. We were directed bia messages to clear it up with Booking.com, they said we needed to talk to the property which said "too bad" We ended up paying for two rooms for one night. We had a reservation for dinner in the hotel that night at 9 and we were served at 11. Horrible experience and would never stay there again.

Good location l, clean room, good air conditioning

No customer service. We were charged for two rooms, and we immediately reached out to them to notify them of the problem, and they said "too bad" We ended up paying for two rooms which were overpriced to begin with. They were more concerned of getting more money out of us then making it right. Also no human interaction all done thru messages (probably AI). We had a dinner reservation at 9 and didn't .get served until.after 11 pm. They treat there staff horrible, overworked understaffed. We heard them arguing in the kitchen. This hotel ruined our vacation.
