We were given an early check in time via a WhatsApp message. Lovely staff! The room we were in 504 had been refurbished.

We didn’t have a key card that worked and never found anyone at reception to help.

Location, the staff, comfortable bed. I would like to remark the super job of the french person that replays all the messages in the chat as there is not a physical receptionist. He was AMAZING ( Sorry I forgot the name) , the girls in the breakfast were super !! Thank you for everything!

In the room there was a bit of a humid smell ( toilet).

Friendly and help front desk staff.

Pool is a big disappointment. Water was freezing cold, even on the +38C degree days. The generous and playful pool in the advertising is no where to be found, Room has a terrible bathroom shower; spilling water everywhere.

El nombre pero lleva a confusión, no sabía que además de ritual había ritual sireno

Es antiguo! Solo repintado. Se oye todo de la habitación de al lado, conversaciones, ronquidos, baño, ducha, Es carisisimo para lo que es. Tendría que costar la mitad!

La atención del personal del desayuno fue espectacular: Rocío y María muy amables y agradables: Preocupadas de atender muy bien, Rocío nos alegraba el día a día con su humor.

No había personal de forma permanente en recepción. Decía que era atención online pero no respondían durante la noche: el primer día tuve cucarachas en la habitación, llamé a todos los números, incluso del hotel ritual y nada. Al día siguiente me cambiaron de habitacion y la nueva habitación olía a humedad todo el tiempo. Después de que cierra la piscina no hay personal que pueda resolver temas como entregar papel higiénico o facilitar un secador de pelo. Lo del uso de las instalaciones del hotel ritual no es como tal ya que te exigen pagar un consumo de 15 euros como mínimo (lo cual no lo indica en booking).
