The host, Ms. Kat, was very accommodating even though we arrived later than expected. The room was spacious and comfortable. Two pedestal fans made up for lack of air con. Water cooler with hot and cold water was a fabulous inclusion. Free Netflix. Great location within walking distance to Burnham Park, night market, Session Rd, and SM City Baguio Mall. Well stocked kitchen. Two balconies.

No hand towels in the bathroom. Bathroom towel rack was loose and nearly falling off of the wall. A very steep hill upon leaving the building.

Host did an excellent job overexceeding my expectations. Despite of untimely check out, she met us in the middle of the night. Host gave us contact number and she make it appoint that she is always available to help us out. There was water dispenser available. The fridge was clean. Hot water is available. Location is great, very close distant to establishment.

The only downfall was the building location. Not a good idea if you have a senior or elderly people coming with you as it was not in the flat ground. But overall, for someone who is young , indeed a perfect location.

the place is accessible to the city, fast internet connection, kind and accommodating staff

maybe you can add air freshener to the unit aside from the bathroom. add some rag outside the bathroom but overall we loved our stay in the unit ❤️

The location, cleanliness (it was immaculate, Kat did a great job).

The city noise (vehicles passing by and taho vendor shouting taho for 30 mins) right in front of the lobby and can be heard from 4th floor. We love taho but we also love sleep 😅 a soundproof balcony door would be a great upgrade.

Unfortunately we had 3 cockroaches in the property during our stay. It was the only (but significant) negative aspect
