Great location. Clean. Great host. Had a (small) balcony.

Noise was surprising. We wanted to keep our balcony door open for the wonderful cool Baguio fresh air, but could hear the street even though we were not right on a street. The inside window also had noise issues coming from other apartments in the building with their windows open. It was not a major problem but just a surprise (I expected it to be quieter in this location). If you are sensitive to noise (especially when sleeping) you might use some ear plugs :-)
