The property was close to the center of town , a short walk to Barnum park and SM mall and yes the bus station

Since the property was close to the center of town , there was a bit of noise from the streets from the cars if you open the lanai. But otherwise it’s a great and convenient place to stay

Centrally located. Easy to walk from bus drop off point. Kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook. Good wifi. Smart TV.

Is an apartment not a hotel. Someone needs to come from elsewhere to check you in and out. There is p2000 deposit so you have to arrange a time to check out and get it back. (The person did come at the time that I requested.) The floor was dusty. My socks picked up lots of fuzz from it. The street was noisy and there didn’t seem to be any sound proofing. I was there at a weekend so maybe worse then. The lift broke the second evening. There are 3 lifts and none of them were working.

The unit is immaculately clean, spacious, complete with amenities, perfect distance to tourist destination and center of Baguio. The staff is also incredibly amazing and accommodating and very helpful. Overall it was an excellent stay.
