Emplacement idéal pour visiter le coeur de ville à pied : Quartier calme et marchand. Appartement spacieux et confortable pour 4 personnes.

Pas de canapés lit pour une 5 ème personne Pas d'état de lieux a l'arrivée et à la sortie alors qu'une caution est demandée . Pas de plats pour cuisiner au four. Pas de possibilité d'arriver plus tôt que 16h00 ou de déposer des bagages.

The keys did not work the second time we entered ed the apartment. I was stuck outside with two kids and no hotline they gave us was contactable. I was then forced to use my own measures to pick the lock. Customer service was horrible. No one called me and my children were panicking.

Not much to like. Even though we requested early arrival keys were not available. Had to go and have coffee at the Fazer on the corner.

No Keys when we got there had to wait even though requested early arrival.

having to pick up the keys from a different location. washing machine off the bedroom having a sauna, but no instructions on how to use it !!!!

Great location, close to the station, port, as well as restaurants and shops.

The interior exterior door was still removed and placed against the wall with the mirror. There was no carpet in the shower room, you could slip on the wet tiles.

La cama de la habitación pequeña era muy estrecha. No me gustó el desplazamiento a por la llave de la casa.

Location was very good - close to train station, metro and tram all very close. Also close to museums and galleries, and other cultural/historical sites and harbourfront. Lots of restaurants and bars in the vicinity. Good sized apartment.

Had to go to a totally different address around 10-15 minutes walk away to access the keys...not really handy and not clear on booking, only apparent after booking. Inside front door of apartment not fitted properly/broken. There was a TV on site which did work, but no remote worked so had to manage with the manual controls on the back of the TV - response from owners on this was slow and not not satisfactory.

Spacious, clean had all the facilities we needed. Excellent location.

Took a while to sort out TV as batteries in remote controls were flat. One of the lamps didn’t work - I guess the light bulb had gone.

Great location in the city centre and very large apartment. Clean.

It's quite annoying to have to get the keys at another place instead of at the apartment. Walking distance, but after a long trip and walking with a lot of luggage it's unpleasant. Some details are forgotten such as tea towels and a cleaning cloth at the sink. The smell in the apartment and of the bed linen is a little bit musty. Finally we had requested a children's cot and this was not present.

ロケーションは最高。駅近くにも関わらず、目の前の通りは車が通らず、比較的静か。

鍵の受取場所が宿から少し離れていて、鍵の場所と宿泊場所の２つを探さなくてはならず、初めての街なので苦労した。
