"Did the job better than a lot of other options."

Great location, good communication, good facilities, clean comfortable and quiet.

Overpowering ‘masking’ smells (Yankee candle? or some such). Downstairs wc / shower, lack of handrails, lighting could be better.

"Warm welcome with everything I needed for a comfortable stay."

Greeted on arrival and shown where everything was by helpful host. Very well equipped accommodation with everything you could need in the kitchen. Good selection of breakfast cereals and bread, jam, honey etc. Comfy bed and lovely sitting area to watch tv. Quiet location but still close enough to main road for easy commute next day.

Both Lauren and Jamie were really friendly and accommodating, right from the moment of booking. The place itself is in a great location, was really clean, and providing everything you could need. Can't recommend enough!

"Beautiful elegant studio"

Beautifully appointed studio above a garage on a stunning and elegant estate. Close by to Englefield Estate which we were visiting for a concert. Welcoming hosts who also supplied an incredibly generously stocked kitchenette such that it was essentially “bed and breakfast” for us, not just a room.

Warm as in a loft conversion but the hosts helpfully gave us 2 fans so it was fine.
