A strategic location between Batu Ferringhi and Georgetown. A spacious and comfortable unit.

I booked a sea view room, but the owner informed me that the unit was unavailable because it had already been sold. Therefore, I accepted the non-sea view offer with the same price as I did not want to go through the refund process.

Location. We knew it would be noisy, for the location is over the pubs below.

Could do with an upgrade. New toilet seats, new laundry rack. Oven didn’t work.
