The location is beautiful and so quiet, nice remodel done.

The restroom fan not connected which makes it self conscious when you used it.

The staff at the front desk friendly. You're in the country so its nice to get away from the busy city

The tv didn't work correctly and because there nothing to do on site, we didn't watch Certain apps. The pool wasn't clean and jacuzzi wasn't working. No ice machine and nothing in vending maching. Nothing to do if that's what you like but there was a casino about 8 miles away. That was nice. Lots of winery to visit close by. However they are working on revamp the site. Not a bad experience just need more things to do at the sire

When we arrived at the hotel, the front desk claimed that there was no reservation under my name, even after I showed my confirmation. They claimed that they have not been receiving emails from booking.com. We were turned away and had to scramble to find other accommodations.

Had trouble getting the tv to work. Even the manager had trouble.

I booked a room through booking.com. after a 5-hour drive coming in from Nevada arrived only to find that not only did they not get my reservation, there was no rooms for me to rent. Even though I had confirmation number and a receipt.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was great. Very close to all the wineries and a couple restaurants. The beds were very comfortable. Love that dogs could stay at this property as well.

They were still remodeling parts of the hotel so unfortunately the fitness center was not available.
