The neighbourhood is calm & quiet and near a main road and has shops within 200 meters. The manager was helpful, he helped us by giving reference to get sim cards. I can order food and eat inside my room. Faced no language problem using English.

In the Booking.com false info has been given regarding the property and they didn’t provide all the facilities they claim in this site. For example: 1. No view from room. the room is blocked from all the sides. It was a room in the ground floor with a single window which has been sealed shut for mosquito (as per the staffs). 2. Toiletries - only a hand wash bottle (refillable & partially filled) and a shower gel bottle (refillable & partially filled) were given once for our three days stay. They separately sell dental kits for 20 INR. Shouldn’t it be included in the toiletries? 3. No toilet paper was given even after asking. On the last day, they gave some 10 leaves of tissue Paper. 4. No mobile hotspot device was there in/near the room , wifi coverage was very poor in most parts of the room, only the entrance area gets some coverage. 5. No mosquito net was given. But the room is fully sealed with glass and an electric liquid mosquito repellent was given but that didn’t keep the mosquitos at bay during the night. 6. No towels were given 7. No conditioner was there as claimed by them. 8. No separate Dining area, but one can order online/through the property and eat inside the room. There is no cutlery, plates, bowl, spoon-fork for eating inside though. 9. No Safe keeping box was there inside the room. 10. They didn’t provide any house keeping service during the total stay duration, let alone daily as claimed by them. Had to use same bed sheet, trash can for three days. Surprisingly, they did not give any towels! 11. the property is a two story building, no elevator is here.

The fact that our booking was cancelled on the day of our arrival. It was cancelled simply because we didn't make a prepayment. They could have used our credit card to block it but they did not. We aren't from India, and we do not have Google Pay, so it was sort of impossible for us to make the payment. We were travelling on a bus to Chennai at that time as well. We had to book into another hotel (which thankfully didn't need prepayment).

Proximate to many things like food outlets, pharmacy, travel etc Generally breafast given is ok, can be more presentable There is a park nearby, very close to chennai byepass
