Your image as above and what I experienced, a complete mismatch. Not expected of Booking.com, of who I have been a frequent user. The room was nothing close to what I expected and surely not the kind I would have booked with correct information. Reception desk always kept us waiting. In all a very poor stay experience. Not recommended at all.

"Great location and staff but infrastructure needs to be improved."

The location was a great plus point.

Basic things like lack of a bright light, no power backup for a light in the bathroom, badly warped doors leading to difficulty in closing, shortage of hot water supply, no parking lot even though mention of the same is done. I have stayed at other fabhotel outlets and this is the first time I was a little disappointed with them. I hope this is a one off case.
