Situated at the second floor of an old home. Rustic but homely. Handy location. Great communication with property manager. Responses were immediate. Wifi was great. Any missing items were provided right away.

The provision of bathroom amenities essential to weary travellers would make this property par excellance.

The pillows and lack of soap in the bathroom. Seat cushion in living room chair was very flat.

It was decorated very nicely and was spacious! The porch was a great option of a place to gather, too. The price was good, too. Proximity to Rhodes college—visiting my son who goes there—was ideal!

The cleaning personnel were not finished for us to check in, and we arrived after our available check in time. Also, the one bedroom was sprayed heavily with a cleaner/freshener, so the room was a bit of a respiratory concern for the first several hours after checking in. Also, we ran out of toilet paper.

No Breakfast. Location was close to downtown in a quiet neighborhood. Quaint home with an awesome screened porch in the front. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen full.

As you can see from the photos on the site, the house has been tastefully furnished and renovated.

However, this renovation was more limited in the kitchen and bathroom. Especially the sink should be renewed in our opinion.
