I mentioned that my power went out and I needed a place where the AC works; long story short, he micro-managed the area; even though I rented, he set up the AC at 72 at night, and after 7 am, it goes up gradually til it's 80 I notified him multiple times. He keeps saying it's the heat wave, and he cannot control that. I got a text in the booking message that he wanted me to leave an excellent review for a 50% discount on this property. Then I just contacted the booking, and they told me he's refusing to issue a refund. I was not able to work from the place I rent it because of AC, and I had to go elsewhere and spend more money to get my work done. My stay was not enjoyable; it was awful.

Exceeded expectations in all ways. Our trip was last minute and I haven’t booked a room/apartment like this since before the pandemic with Airbnb. I was skeptical but everything was phenomenal.

For the brief time that we stayed, there wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the property.
