Charming 1 bedroom Apartment In The Heart Of Manchester Close to Manchester City Centre And Etihad Stadium

El barrio es tranquilo, a solo 2 km del etihad y fácil acceso desde Manchester con los autobuses 216, 230 y 231. También se puede llegar en tranvía. Tiene un Aldi muy cerca. La casa está bien, se ve reformada, es amplia para nosotros 5. Tiene cocina.

Cuando llegamos la casa estaba congelada, literal, a 13 grados y nos costó mucho que cogiera temperatura, igual con el agua caliente, tuvimos que conectarla en la caldera. Escaleras para llegar a las habitaciones muy empinadas (un único lavabo en el piso superior), camas un poco blandas, En la parte de abajo dos comedores bonitos pero sin mesa ni sillas para sentarse y comer. Una pena porque tiene dos televisores, uno en cada sala. El olor al entrar no nos gustó (estaba limpio) pero se pegaban los pies en el parquet. Los utensilios de cocina un poquito sucios.

Good location with lots of nearby shops.

The bed sheets and duvet covers were worn, with visible hair and numerous stains. The living-room sofas also showed noticeable marks. The bathroom was cold as the heating did not come on, and the kitchen sponge was old and unattractive. There were not enough toilet rolls for the number of guests. The bathroom tap produced no hot water, and the shower pressure was very weak. A couple of us bumped our heads on the kitchen counter directly behind the sofa facing the television. Overall, the apartment was good, but it would benefit greatly from closer attention to detail.

Communicatie met eigenaar over hoe we binnen konden komen was belabberd. Niet bereikbaar, slechte verbinding, geen duidelijke uitleg. Het duurde ruim een half uur voordat we naar binnen konden.

- wasnt at the adress listed - wasnt the photos on the listing - the sofa looked like it had been through both world wars - didnt feel secure in any way - marketed as “heart of manchester” which it is absolutely not, i stayed on a saturday night and everything around it was closed by 10/11pm
