Charming 1 bedroom Apartment In The Heart Of Manchester Close to Manchester City Centre And Etihad Stadium

We had a place to go to after arriving at the airport.

The noise from the street. The fact that you could not go outside without feeling unwell because of drunks and drug addicts.

It is clean inside close to shops

Mattresses are very hard and uncomfortable, other guests in the block was very noisy all night in and out all night. Was advised by taxi driver not to go out at night

The hole place was excellent

So clean 👌 and easy to find and close to bus stop to get into Manchester

Poor communication from the landlord

Well presented clean had everything you needed

We weren't made aware that we had to pay a large amount as a deposit before we d get given the key code for the door obviously we had no choice as we were desperate to get in but to find that amount of money when you need spending money as well was really annoying

The layout of the apartment and furnishing

This apartment was exceptionally clean in all areas and tastefully decorated.

When we were travelling, I received a call from the host to tell us about a £200 damages deposit required( via on line banking) before the self service check in information is shared. I did not notice this in the property description prior to or after booking however I have searched through the details once booking is confirmed and it is there and says cash required. I recommend this is altered and is more high profile, however it is rather excessive. When we arrived, the smoke detectors in the hall way and in the apartment were beeping, so I messaged the host. I received a prompt reply and someone would come out and help. A gentleman did come and removed the alarms. Obviously, this raises a few points about health and safety and insurance liability, particularly as they were fitted by the Fire Service and the beeping is usually a sign that the battery needs replacing. I

It was clean and had what we needed for one night.

The layout of the flat was weird and not comfortable.
