Property was amazing, cosy and very comfortable

A bit noisy when someone is in the room next door

The room was nice but it's as though the host was trying a bit too hard. Most of the surfaces were covered with "stuff", massive and pointless cushions with nowhere to put them but on the floor, nowhere to sit and eat/use a laptop, as the table was covered with "stuff". The room just needs decluttering a bit to make it more usable. Electrical cables not ideal, extension leads everywhere, and all the power was off when I got there so bedside lights etc. didn't work until I turned on the isolating switch, same for TV. Room was crazy hot as all 3 radiators were on, I had to open all the windows to cool the place down to sleep. Once I had done all this then it became "home" and all was fine, it just needs a bit of a rethink.

It is very hard to reach the lication. Address is not clear. No flexiability. Charged me 65 GBP more for cleaning although I stayed there onlyb6 hours

Stunning, clean and very comfortable

This room was just spot on! Clean, comfy and so so cosy! We even had stroopwafels instead of biscuits which I thought was a really nice touch and allowed us to have a snack before heading out for the day. The bed was lovely and soft including the sheets and pillows. The room was lovely and warm but easy enough to adjust the radiators and open a window if you prefer a colder room. Found out that it was actually the building they used to film the imitation game with Benedict Cumberbatch and thought that was really cool! Nice shower and great toiletries provided. The greatest thing about this room and the location is IT HAS CHARACTER! So much more interesting than your run-of-the-mill hotel or Travelodge. Would highly recommend this property, felt so safe also with it being gated as it is a heritage site but the key collection from the lockbox was easy and secure. We will be back happily, a great stop-over room on our way down to London. A wonderful stay all around!!!
