Been staying here the second time. The staff is professional. The location is at the heart of Thane city and Ghodbunder road.

Not value for money. Tarrifs have been increased. Pricing now more or less similar to Ibis and Royal Orchid. The breakfast quality can be better. The bathrooms always stink even though it's pre-sanitized. Please fix it.

Location, clean rooms, good service

The first impression at the reception, they initially said that there are no vacant room in our category and pushed us to upgrade with extra cost. But after some discussion and argument they gave us the same room that was ready and not occupied. Extra smart marketing tactics to get some extra money. Otherwise a decent hotel to stay in Thane.
