"The room was good, neat, clean and spacious enough for a couple; but bathroom was tight."

Breakfast was poor with very little variety and choice. It was served in a makeshift room, rather than in a restaurant. Overall, the breakfast was disappointing. But the room appeared cosy and tidy. The airconditioner provided the desired comfort level.

Food variety and choice should have been more. And the ambience in which the breakfast was served was not up to the mark. It should be served in a proper restaurant ambience where one feels good and comfortable in the morning. The check-in process took much longer time than usual because the room was only being cleaned when we moved in. The wait went beyond 20 minutes at the reception, giving the guest a negative feeling at the entry stage itself.
