Nice and quiet

struggle to get hot water in the shower

Love the size of the room, that there is place to work and not have to sit in bed and work if needed, it is nice and private but Abigail is available when you need her

The facilities were clean and was very quiet

The shower drain is very slow , showers last for a minute

There is good security. The location is good. However, it doesn't look like the picture. The bedding was clean, but the place can do with a little more cleanliness

It's not clean. The shower drain blocked on my first night. I heard some noises, scrapping noises like there are rats. The communal kitchen was dirty the floors,tables, and cupboards. Everything was dirty. I was told not to use the kitchen equipment because the owner doesn't want it to be used, something about the Indians. I checked out a day early after hearing the scrapping sound at the roof. The owner is very rude to the staff. I wish I had taken photos of the clogged shower drain.
