WiFi needs extending to the rooms

Room vey comfy,bathroom v good. Staff & food excellent

Lack of thorough CLEANING. This sadly let the Red Lion down : Entrance to the rooms was strewn with a mix of fluids from kitchen/drain. Carpet scattered with small pieces of debris. SAFETY needs some attention! the wood stairs up to the room were slippery with algae, handrail wobbly & the hazard tapes at the top & base steps were flapping in the breeze. Lighting for the stairs & door not working properly, I had to ask the landlord to switch it on on both evenings.

A clean room and bathroom would have been nice. Trailing leads across the floor Access to rooms not brilliant

The pub lovely people a good pint and a lovely meal . The room had everything you need

The mattress smells a bit musty. Could do with a bit more lighting where the stairs are

It was very convenient for what we needed it for It had everything in the room bed, to, kettle, fridge, bathroom and shower upstairs.

I would have preferred better bed linen but I’m fussy.
