To answer this question constructively is not easy. The parking space was good and convenient.

1) Dirty filthy carpets that stank 2) dirty old bedding and bed covers. 3) stinking dirty worn out bathroom towels. 4) The dirty filthy makeshift bathroom. 5) Filthy dirty oven. 6) Filthy net curtains 7)broken curtain rails in the front bedroom. 8) The walls matted with stains. 9) Cobwebs in the corner of the ceilings. 10) What appeared to be old mail and drug paraphernalia on top of the wardrobes

A bit dated in some areas. Curtain rail track poor fitting. Shower was old style.

"Beautiful building in the perfect location."

This was a beautiful property in a central location, the best bit was the off road parking which gave me comfort and peace of mind knowing I hadn’t parked somewhere I shouldn’t and would wake up to a ticket. The owner was really lovely, helpful and pleasant. My brother lives in Brentwood and we stayed here for an anniversary party so we will definitely be staying again.

Convenient location, easy parking, Uber on tap, very clean and well presented. Very good value. I expect to be visiting Brentwood again and this property will be the first place I look.
