Perfect location close to Colchester Town centre. Quiet at night. Had adequate facilities. Very clean. Spacious living area with dining table. Would highly recommend and would book again.

It did get cold despite there being heaters in rooms and living room, was not a huge issue for us as we only stayed one night.

Host was very responsive and helpful flat itself was nice and although on the main road no noise disruption Nice and cozy

Unfortunately there was no key for the outdoor terrace, the terrace was one of the key points we were looking for when booking

"Lovely apartment, close to the town a short walk, was easy to find and access"
