Great location with allocated parking. Property as described in the booking information and good timely communication with host/owner. Good and easy to use Wi-Fi.

This was not a concern for our family although people should be aware this property is located on a busy road. The owner has positively responded to this recently implementing additional measures in one of the bedrooms. Consider brining own cleaning materials for use in the kitchen. The host is committed to the redecoration of the property to respond to general wear and tear.

Ground floor accommodation which I need being disabled. Good central private Location. Comfortable beds, washer dryer worked well. Dishwasher. WiFi, large TV. Plenty plug points. Good lighting. Flooring. Enough cutlery, clean crockery. Toaster cooker worked well. Sofa & chairs comfortable. Good communication with owner. Allocated Parking very close.

Noise of traffic. Venetian blinds need cleaning. Dishwasher needs clean, salt & rinse aid, descaling ? Didn't use freezer, but think needs defrosting /clean. Slow leak in bathroom, but there was a mop. No iron or ironing board. Suggestions :Could do with colander, large pan & lid, measuring jug & bowl(microwaveable) & microwave plate cover.

Great space and walking distance to the town.

Very loud traffic noises and people shouting and swearing very loudly outside even with all the windows closed woke us all up repeatedly. Only one pillow each, definitely need 2 each and should always be spares in the wardrobes

Great location, parking space a bonus and good value for money.

Unfortunately the property smells of stale cigarettes. Even with windows and the door open there was no way of airing the place. This could be a fantastic place with a complete re-paint/spruce up.
