I honestly loved the room and the view — both were excellent. The amenities were great, and I really enjoyed the pool and the sea. Overall, it was a genuinely pleasant experience. However, the only downside was the animation team. Their attitude was disappointing, and at times it felt borderline discriminatory. They would treat you poorly until they realized you were a dual national and not “just Egyptian,” which is completely unjustified. This really affected an otherwise wonderful stay.
