Amwaj Beach Club Abu Soma

We were put in the new rooms by the waterpark, the kids loved it there. Food was good and lots of choice. Generally lots to do, we scuba dived with their team which was a nice dive. We also went to Luxor for two days and used this hotel as a base.

I do not recommend anyone to come to this resort at all. My experience was extremely bad. This place should be rated 1 star instead of 4 stars, as it doesn’t deserve to be called a family tourist resort. The resort is very local and not suitable for families. Most of the guests were single men — groups of construction workers, around 500 guests, without their wives or partners. They came through local contracting companies, and the environment felt completely inappropriate for families. We faced several incidents of harassment and disrespectful behavior from these guests — both towards us and other families. We reported this to the reception staff, but nothing was done. The staff said they couldn’t do anything because these guests came through contracting companies that had already paid for their stay. These guests clearly had no manners or respect for others, constantly making noise, shouting, and bothering any woman walking around the resort. Because of this, we had to leave early, as the management didn’t take any action regarding our complaints. The food was poor and lacked variety, and the restaurant was too small to accommodate the large number of guests from the construction companies. There were long queues, and sometimes we had to wait over 30 minutes just to get one dish. Another issue — the air conditioning stopped working, and we had to stay in the room from 10:00 PM until midnight while they tried to fix it. I had asked them to send the maintenance person after midnight, but they insisted on coming earlier because the technician wouldn’t be available later. As a result, we wasted our evening, and the bar at the reception closed, so we couldn’t get any drinks until the next morning. The animation team was very weak, with repetitive and boring shows, and they were not friendly at all. Overall, I strongly do not recommend this resort to anyone. It was unfortunately a very disappointing and unpleasant experience.

The room was clean customer service Very nice with us and Patient help me a lot and the kitchen is very clean. food very delicious.

Omladozó fal , mocskos fürdő és pöcs gödör bol áramlott a szag a fürdőbe . Az ajto alatt 5 cm rés. Fél 5 kor kozavarnak a medencéből Ja és 9 kor mehetsz be a tenger vizében .. Soha többet ide. És ezt nevezik 4 csillagosnsk-1 et sem adnék

Grundsätzlich ist das Amwaj Beach ein sehr schönes Hotel. Die Lage ist natürlich sehr abseits von der Stadt, wer es aber ruhig mag ist dort genau richtig. Der Pool ist riesen groß und es sind genug Liegen da. Er wird täglich gereinigt. Die Speisenauswahl ist vielfältig und das Personal sehr freundlich.

Das Hotel ist leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Personal arbeitet täglich daran kleine Beschädigungen auszubessern. Und auch die Zimmer werden täglich sehr gut gereinigt aber die Bäder sind so stark in Mitleidenschaft gezogen, dass auch die tägliche Reinigung nichts bringt. Hier müsste dringend renoviert werden. Das Abendbrot ist leider eine Katastrophe. Die Menschen haben Angst nichts mehr zu bekommen und somit prügelt man sich regelrecht in den Warteschlangen und hofft jeden Abend einen Tisch zu bekommen. Es ist laut und einfach ungemütlich. Das arme Personal wird als Dank für ihre Bemühungen von den Touris nur angepflaumt. Die Animateure sind grundsätzlich freundlich aber das ihnen die Arbeit wirklich Freude macht, sieht man leider nicht. Das Abendprogramm lässt leider zu wünschen übrig. Das Programm wiederholt sich jede Woche, was nicht schlimm ist, was mich aber zu dem Entschluss bringt das deutlich mehr Routine drinnen sein sollte. Schlechte Zauberer und Animateure die die Tänze nicht können.
