Skynest Residences by CityBlue Nairobi Westlands

I made my own breakfast, happily. I think the clutter-free environment of the two bedroom apartment coupled with the COMFORTABLE BED AND LINENS AND PILLOWS are what I look forward to the most. Skynest offers a peacefulness in the room environment that I don't find elsewhere in Kenya.

Got a free upgrade on the first night to a quadruple room which we loved The facilities are modern and overall clean (based on our 6 nights) It was so helpful to have fridge, microwave, laundry machine, supermarket downstairs etc Shower and beds were great Breakfast was ok, not spectacular The a la carte restaurant was exceptional and staff were amazing Pool was beautiful and gym very well equipped, spa is nice but separated men/women and small We had to extend due to airline cancellations and we were offered a nice deal which we appreciate very much

One of the toilets was dirty on the first night and there was a cockroach Noise issues because of the club(s) are ongoing and basically on every single night, which made it hard to fall asleep some nights. They are working on it Staff at reception wasn't super friendly, in view of Kenyans being very friendly in general There was no closet in the small room of our triple room so I had to live out of my suitcase for 5 nights It rained inside one day (it did rain exceptionally hard)

Friendly staff and size of apartment. Breakfast was good.

They seem to have a shortage of towels.

Abit noisey due to clubs.

Nice aparthotel.

The location overall is nice but there is not a nice vibe next to the hotel.
