"Vile, vile stay!"

Nothing!

Vile place. Human poo outside of our door, we reported it and 2 hours later, the poo was still there. Management don’t care, they think it’s funny. Security and reception staff let anyone up and down the lifts. We checked out after 1 night, we were meant to stay 4 nights and we still haven’t received a refund! The place is a health and safety hell hole!
