"Too expensive for what it offers"

The location is excellent

In general it was uncomfortable… in the bathroom you had nowhere to place your personal belongings… the towels looked clean but didn’t smell good… although it is written in the description that cleaning is included they mean the final cleaning after you check out and if you wish for change of linen and the apartment to be cleaned there is additional charge… so for a stay of 5 nights cleaning was not provided…

"Perfect location in centre of Verona"

The apartment is perfectly located just minutes from the centre of the old town and its shops bars and restaurants. It was spotless and well equipped. Staff were very helpful and responsive when we called - which all helped make our holiday effortless.

"Pleasant"

I had a problem with this host because they asked for a deposit. They refused to give the key to the apartment before I transferred the extra money. I was also contacted through WhatsApp with an external link to the payment.

"Terrible experience"

AC not working - water was cold - bathroom was dirty - there were ants walking on the kitchen floor - poor communication from the property owner - we had to leave after the first night due to dissatisfaction but the property owner took the price for 9 nights and tried to suppress any review from us by claiming that we did not show up at the property while we have pictures of our stay there. We do not recommend it at all.

No indication upfront about the lack of any cleaning services during the stay. If unnecessary things like shower caps are provided, slippers and toilet paper would be more appreciated.
