Very organized and clear communication! Rooms were comfortable, with air conditioning, blackout shades and sheers. Bathroom was clean and with good ventilation. Kitchen was great, had lots of pans for the cooktop, but no pans for the oven. Responsive host. Located on a quiet street minutes from the Arena.

Lack of oven pan. Apartment C had 2 dishwasher tablets but Apartment A had none. These are minor things.

The apartment was very clean, the location was excellent and very central and the host was really helpful. They provided a WhatsApp chat which meant problems could be addressed easily, for example we asked about luggage storage options and they responded quickly with a great suggestion.

There were ants in the bedrooms, no bowls, the doors are totally over engineered so be aware that you need internet and phone battery! After a day of travelling and exploring my phone had died once we got to the property so I had to ask a very kind shop keeper to let me charge my phone before we could even get in the front door of the building! They communicated everything that was needed however I would say they over communicated. I received many emails, often duplicates, which made information really hard to find as my phone was dying! Also just worth mentioning that the toiletries provided didn’t go very far so may not be reliable if you are travelling light!

Needed internet to unlock the door in an app, tiny pot for an apartment for 6 people, no dishwasher tabs, hard beds in the master bedroom

The apartment was big and very clean. The location was super. I would highly recommend 😊

In Italy they are generally using a special system to unlock the doors via the handy, so, for the access you need the internet, but anyway it was very easy to enter the inside, both to building and the apartment. The flat is only 2 minutes walk to the Verona Arena. Nice place, nice flat. The picture is the view from the flat, an old nice but closed cinema building.

There is no complaints about the flat but if you are travelling by car, the flat is on a ZTL (limited car zone in Italy) street closed to public cars. So you need to stop on a corner, transport the luggages to the flat and take the car to a very close parking area. It is not a problem with adults but could be a little problematic with small kids. Anyway, the. Flat and the place were marvellous, I’m writing just for the fathers like me, with small kids 😁😁
