Spacious Modern House. Private Heated Pool and Spa

Beautiful and clean! Has everything you need!

Great location to explore up and down the Gulf Coast. Well equipped and comfortable, very modern washer and drier, fridge freezer, lovely pool area. TV has lots of options

It just needs a little bit of TLC. The pool door lock needs an upgrade, some broken bricks on the pool petimeter. Some sort of clothes rack or line for drying clothes would be welcome. A few bugs (tiny ants) in the house, didn't bother us and maybe expected due to the climate but may bother some

The property was nice and clean with easy access. Having the pool and hot tub was a plus! Loved the kitchen and home altogether. It’s about a 20-30 minute drive to the beach depending on traffic. Shopping plazas and restaurants plus Walmart about a 10 minute drive away. It’s a really nice area.

There wasn’t a bath tub because we have a 1 year old that likes bubble baths and doesn’t like showers. I also didn’t like the harassment from the unknown neighbor that threw 2 trash cans at our van. It was probably the neighbors who released their aggressive pit bull dog and walked to get the dog from the yard but we were warned by another neighbor prior to the incident. Thank God!

The lock on the back door needs to be higher.

House was very clean and fully stocked with anything we needed. Very comfortable and relaxing. Beds were great for a good nights rest after a long drive

The enclosed HEATED pool and small hot tub are the highlights to this property! There were no mosquitoes when we were there in April outside at the fire pit. Very spacious and comfortable house. The neighborhood is residential and quiet. The beds were very comfortable and clean. The kitchen is very roomy and has mostly all of the items that you would need on a vacation. Very roomy property for a total of 4 older adults 2 younger adults and one teenager. Went to both Siesta Key beach and Coquina Key beach both less than 30 mins away. This house is an easy 10 min drive to SRQ airport and grocery stores. We filled the propane tank for the grill but only used it a few times and left some extra firewood from HD for next guest. The are many other good reviews of this property on the ABB site. The cost is very reasonable for this size property! We would stay here again if we decide to come back to Sarasota as the host was very accommodating to our needs.

The house needs a few minor fixes which is true with any property that we have ever rented. Sliding door to pool needs some grease, but is still operable. There were a few small holes in the screened pool enclosure but we did not have any mosquitoes bothering us so this was not a concern. Its a nice house with a few minor blemishes but nothing bad at all. The bad reviews on this site are skewed, look at the ABB site for many good reviews of this property. This is a good clean house with many of the normal small issues that you might have. It's not lavish luxury but it's great for a family vacation!
