Not value for money. No side table by the bed side. No room service after 11pm. Breakfast was poor quality while the price was too high for that quality. Toilet roll quality was poor. The room rate should be no more then Rs 5000 for such a property. Not to mention cracks on the walls in the bedroom.

"not worth as per pricing, staff increased traffic plan when we reached late night."

property was good but way far pricier than deserved (we were charged 13k per night, which they increased after reaching late night at resort) , moreover the beach which was connected to the property was highly dumped with garbage and smelly...so no use of having property attach to beach, can't even walk or spend time at beach...so rather taking property attached to beach and paying hefty money, go for normal hotels with 4 start facility and checkout beaches separately.

only greenery maintained by worker was nice, remaining very average facility and food....
