A £100 deposit is requested prior to your stay. You are told it will be paid back within 7 days. Its been over 2 weeks no deposit! They also do not reply to any messages. When you request code expect a delay. We waited ages which was very frustrating. Take tea bags or coffee, none in the chalet. Strange experience from booking until now.
GBThe property was excellent value for what we paid. Located only 5 min drive to the main shopping street. Lovely clean and comfy.
We paid extra money for linen but the bed was not made. We also paid a £100 deposit for breakages etc which we got told would be returned in 1 week after we departed. 2 weeks later this still was not in my bank and my messages were getting ignored. When I threatened to get booking.com involved my deposit was soon returned.
