GBGBIt was close to where we were going.
The bedding was covered in hair. The owner asked for £100 deposit which we sent straight away and we left the place immaculate and checked the property on our arrival for any damages and reported a broken toilet seat that we found on our arrival and were told that we would have it back a week following our stay. Despite numerous messages we are not even getting a reply. Looking at reviews this is a regular occurrence.

Was sent to wrong property first, then when I got to where we was staying had to wait 25 minutes for code to get in . When I walked in the property I tripped over the mat in the door way has it had curled at both sides and very dangerous. The worst part was having to wait for our deposit back took ages no apology no communication had to go to booking.com ,they claimed technical problems, but reading their reviews I wasn’t the first. They know how to lose customers.

Even though it stated 4pm checking in,Everything was in place for us to unload the car (Linen was already there and was already cleaned), when we arrived and it was raining and would of been nice to unpack and get changed.
GBThe property was in walking distance to the beach and the property was clean.
I didn’t like the delay of an hour to get the code for the key safe, we sat outside of the property for an hour. I didn’t like the delay with the return of my deposit and needing to prompt for both.
