Location was very central Communication was great Very clean and compact

Pillows were quite hard Wet room was not ideal but acceptable for the limited space Could do with more crockery options as would struggle to eat in if wanted

Nice clean and staff is very good. Location perfect.

Toilet small, check out time 10 am is very early, every hotel check out time is at least 11am and 12 am. No body like 10 am check out time. Bath Towel should change very day.etc.

Lovely apartment, clean and well equipped. Easy walk into the centre of York. Good communication from host.

There was nothing about the apartment itself we didn’t like. Loud noise and music from apartments across the street into early hours.
