The apartment was beautiful, modern everything you need to hand . Lovely built in kitchen . Very clean.comfy beds my family enjoyed our weekend away .

There are lots of steps leading up to the apartment.

The apartment was in an excellent location and had free street parking outside. We visited to see the Blackpool illuminations and it was a good location to explore the area. Comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen.

Steps up to the apartment were not lit, which was unsafe with small children when getting back late. Gutter at head height which was potentially dangerous. When arriving, there was a strong smell of damp and the floorboards in the entrance were rotten. The apartment throughout had bare floorboards which were not safe if you have small children who crawl as there were a few big gaps in the joins. My first impression was that it was nicely decorated but not clean. I had to hoover before unpacking as there was lots of bits on the floor. No bin bags in the apartment, so I had to buy some. There was a dish brush left out that had brown bristles which I discarded as it was a breeding ground. Being an old house, it was very drafty and cold at night as the radiators didn't seem to get hot. If you visit in winter, I would recommend taking warm nightwear and a hot water bottle and a head torch when getting up and down the steps (which were littered with ciggarettes). We were unable to connect to the Internet and there is no digital TV so had to watch Netflix through a mobile hot-spot. I have to give an honest review as we booked it due to the positive reviews we read but had a very different experience as a family of 4 with 2 young children. I wouldn't recommend for families with small children as the stairs are dangerous (no stairs gate). I wouldn't stay again.

Fabulous apartment, lovely view of the sea.

Lots of stairs with being in the attic, but we was prepared as we read the reviews.

The lock box was conveniently placed and worked well. The code was given earlier
