Escape to Lytham St. Annes

Location was good for our stay Apartment was clean/ tidy, light & airy and ready for our stay Kitchen area was fitted out( except for a sharp preparation knife) Beds were comfortable, towels are provided

Some of our party were not keen on the steps( although we knew about the entrance steps. Once inside there is a flight of stairs to reach the apartment Shower control for switching on/off was a bit stiff & there was a knack to using it

Great value and central location between Lytham and Blackpool ideal for out golf trip.

Travelled with my mum and she could just handle the steps and stairs.

Great flat. Would stay again. Great value for money. Great location.

Good location, not too far from some local shops and the beach. There’s a nice cafe right on the seafront and it was easy to park.

There are a lot of stairs, so just be wary if you have mobility issues.

Fabulous location. Very close to the seafront. Very clean and comfortable. No problem parking.

One of our group found the steps difficult.

I booked the accommodation for family members and they had a lovely time there.

- Great location - Quiet surroundings (near busy roads but very quiet inside the property) - Bright and airy - Clean - Spacious 3 bedrooms (with locks but no keys to unlock from outside the rooms, so be careful if children use those bedrooms as they could lock themselves in!)

- No soap/shower gels/spare toilet rolls provided as advertised (we had to buy those by ourselves) - Not enough cutlery (only 3 forks) - No chair for a desk in one of the bedrooms - Looked more tired than as advertised, maybe good time to repaint/repair? - No response to our request/messages from the owner (twice in prior to our stay while they messaged us about checking in) * we requested 2 sets of keys as we had different schedules during our stay. When a family member returned late at night someone had to stay up to unlock the door from inside. It caused a little inconvenience for us.

Location and size of the property is great. Perfect for popping into Lytham, Blackpool and St Annes.
