Escape to Lytham St. Annes

Good size bedrooms. Near the beach. Great location. Would return.

Not suitable for 6 adults due to one sofa and 4 chairs at dining table but was perfect for 3 adults which we were

Beautiful location good size, all facilities we needed.

Very spacious, 3 good sized bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, comfortable sitting and dining area. Good location for exploring Lytham and surrounding areas.

No toilet roll in the bathroom but I'm guessing it was just an oversight. Convenience store nearby so not a problem.

Location was good . Near bus stops , train station and local attractions . Quiet area .

No toilet paper and shower gel even though advertised as included . Host was sorry about this and said this error was the fault of the cleaning staff . Unfortunately we had to leave and go to the shops to get toilet roll and shower gel . Host said they would reimburse. 3 bedrooms actually was 2 bedrooms as the bed in one of the bedrooms was badly broken and unusable ( collapsed as soon as my son lay on it ) . I contacted the Host and they replied that cleaning staff had reported the broken bed .This was a major disappointment as I was searching for 3 bedrooms on booking.com , a 2 bedroom was not suitable for my requirements. Host did offer to try and relocate us but I didn't want to be bothered wirh the hassle of moving after already staying 1 night . Host has told me they would put 20 % of the payment into my bank account but not received yet . Apartment wasn't very clean , cobwebs , dry food on dishes in the cupboard and a used towel hanging on the back of a bedroom door . The landing light and fridge light also not working .

Lovely apartment with three large double bedrooms. Ideal for us. Clean.

Bedrooms were a great size. Very clean. Brilliant location from the front and town centre. Lots of on street free parking outside. Toy box in one of the bedrooms was a nice surprise. Huge walk in shower was brilliant for hosing the kids down.

Another couple of dining chairs or a soft chair would be good.

Bed broken, lack of a decent frying pan and no sharp knives anywhere

The owner was very responsive prior to our stay, but when we checked in I messaged them regarding some issues and I didn’t receive a response. There were dirty/wet towels left in the bathroom & no toilet paper
