Чисто в квартирі, хозяюшка молодець.

Сусіди стрьомні, вони незадоволені орендою цієї квартири, пишуть гнівні листи і вішають на двері. Ну хоч не приходили, вже добре. Ще окрім оплати квартири готуйте 1000 грн залогу додатково.

Другий поверх, що є плюс. Безконтактний доступ до житла.

Квартира дуже брудна, настільки що неможливо було в душі покупатись, все липке, брудне , підлога просто брудна, але саме жахливе - запах цигарок , про що я написала і не було ніякої реакції, хоч я була з дитиною. Знаходитись в житлі неприємно, гидко. Парковка також майже неможлива , там десятки таких будинків , в вечірній час не припаркуєтесь.
