Добрый вечер! Квартира уютная, чистая. Есть все для проживания. Цена очень приемлема как для Киева, даже не высокая. В целом понравилось, район тихий. Вокруг парк и озеро, очень красиво.

Добрый вечер! Было не плохо, но были некоторые моменты, первое заселение с 14:00, пришлось ждать до 16:00. Трижды нам отвечали, что через 15-20 минут квартира будет готова в итоге вместо 14:00, мы заселились в 16:00. Кроме того, очень сложно найти место для парковки автомобиля, нам просто повезло, что одно место было свободно и как раз напротив нашего подъезда. И ещё в квартире не настроен телевизор, как мы не пытались, нам так и не удалось ничего сделать, прежде необходимо проверять работает ли техника.
