I didn't like the fact I made a booking and got the confirmation but when I got there the gate was locked no intercom. I called the number which appears on the confirmation message but it was off, I stood there for a good 30min trying the number which was still off. I then went to the security gate looking for assistance, the security guard had the number, he also tried calling it, it was still off. I was left with no choice but to start over again and look for another accommodation which caused a lot of inconvenience.
