It was peaceful, friendly people

The host was very hospitable, attentive, kind and respectful. I enjoyed my stay entirely.

The wifi would sometimes be slow but got fixed promptly.

the facility was clean and comfortable and the area felt safe - being inside a boom gate protected suburb. The area was quiet which led to a good sleep.

The room offered was not at all what was described. The description is totally untrue. The host was not present at all until the following morning when he needed to get me to pay for the room because he was not able to do an EFT payment or to take cash. I had to do a bank transfer - so he had to knock on the door really early to catch me before he left for work to give me the bank details. The person responsible for opening the gate and opening the room for us did not speak english. Which was awkward, We had to ask for a second towel in the room and for toilet rolls and she could not be found - I had to knock on several doors to find someone. In the room are a stove, a microwave, a kettle - but absolutely no crockery of cutlery to make this a self catering room - I cant think why that equipment is in there. The coffee bottle held only three cremora sachets, no coffee sachet at all. but there were a few teabags,

Steam shower was awesome. Enjoyed the smart TV and amenities . A bit more attention to detail in other things maybe one day they can compete with the big boys. I wasn't rushed to check out

It's too cold. I ask about heating no response. Musty smell from carpet and blankets. Certain places need deep cleaning.

The place was very beautiful, located in a very quiet neighbourhood. The host is super friendly. They even Offer cleaning service. Their rooms are fully equipped with all necessities. I would definitely recommend this place.
