Newly refurbished studio, great location 8 studios

The property was easy to find especially as it is close to a local Sainsbury's and a pub. There is parking at the front of the house. I was on the ground floor at the front of the building. The room was compact and clean. There was a toaster, kettle, microwave, sink and fridge. For where I needed to go it was in a good area. The water was hot in the shower. There are takeaways just down the road from the accommodation. Many bus routes and a hospital down the road.

The blinds in the room, sometimes awkward to open.

The compactness of the property was good, one big room with bed, sink, wardrobe and table in it and then a bathroom.

The location of the property was on a main road and the main road was very busy and noise. There wasn't any curtains in the property and the blinds that were at the windows didn't block all the light out, therefore there should have been triple glazing to block the noise out and there should have been curtains up to block the light that the blinds let through. The owners of the property only work Mon - Fri and therefore were not around at the weekend, when we were staying. If an emergency would have happened there was no one around to help and we were not given any contact numbers to call if anything had happened. The car park was on the property's front and not safe to drive on and off due to the main road, and being on top of the junction of traffic lights, we were told by the owner that it was a privilege to have a car parking space, that was beside the point due to the location of the car park and the property. The shower didn't work as it should, it was either very hot or very cold and the hot water safety value on the shower didn't work. The radiator in the bathroom was on full all the time and therefore danger of burning yourself when placing towels on to dry, there was no bath towels left out and we only had hand towels to dry ourselves after a shower and the was no spare toilet rolls left in the bathroom, (we had to buy some ourselves).

Location was great. Apartment suited my needs.

Air control alarm keep beeping and the tv wasn't working.

It was close to the Queen's Medical Centre where l was visiting my niece.

The apartment itself was fine,l had cutlery but no crockery,the room hadn't been cleaned properly and the bathroom bin was full of sanitary towels.

It was a very comfortable and pleasant accommodation in spite of its small size.

There was not dishwashing soap

The bed linen could have been changed before I stayed as it was the weekend they was no staff to ask, ie if thing went wrong or if needed anything. The lighting was a bit bright, but the lamp was not bright enough
