Newly refurbished studio, great location 8 studios

Perfect location for both university campuses, everything I needed to prepare food, quiet, comfortable bed, good shower with plenty of hot water, good internet connection, parking available.

Android TV was very slow and I struggled to load the iPlayer.

It has everything you need and if you are keen on walking, a lot of points of interest are at walking distance.

If you are not keen on walking, nothing is at walking distance. It was a bit colder than anticipated but an extra blanket dealt with the problem.

Location was perfect. Able to park albeit a small driveway. Walking distance of city centre. Room had all the facilities required. Warm room.

Communal kitchen wasn't kept tidy by other guests so didn't feel comfortable using it. Only one cup in the room so not useful for a couple staying.

Everything was great. I didn't meet any staff but then I didn't need to. The communication I received was very clear and made it easy to access my room.

The TV didn't work very well. The connection was so slow. It was an Android/Google TV but it was really slow to load. I tried to connect my Chromecast but that didn't connect. After a few attempts I gave up and reverted to my tablet.

Location, parking, shower

No heating for 2 days out of 3, towel rail not adjustable and not turned on. TV didn't work, no minibar as promised also no tea and coffee, no cleaning products, no iron, no toothbrush. 2 wall sockets not working, no dining area, no bottled water, no conditioner, All these were promised in the advert. The bed was extremely hard for my arthritis.

Place is quite approachable and had parking. Spacious for 2 people.

No toiletries, enough plates and cups. Bathroom was small but manageable

close location to university and good value for money

could do with much better cleaning. lots of dust, spiderwebs, grimy floor. bedding had seen better days too
